Talking all things disability in TV with Countryfile presenter Steve Brown

Today, I joined Countryfile's Steve Brown on a virtual discussion about disability in TV, as part of National Inclusion Week.
The honest discussion, jointly run by PACT and thinkBIGGER!, was wide-ranging, exploring diversity inclusion across casting, crewing and editorial of unscripted programming.
PACT are the trade association for independent production companies and thinkBIGGER! specialise in training and consultancy for the screen industries. Also on the panel were archive producer Lucy Jones and Andrew Snowball, Creative Director of Flabbergast, a Glasgow production company.
It's always an honour to be given a platform to talk about neurodiversity in television. PACT and thinkBIGGER! are doing amazing work in the realm of diversity and inclusion and it's a real pleasure to support their work. Only by working together will we make an industry that is accessible to all.
