Excited to launch new video on neurodiversity encouraging inclusion

3 August 2020

I have today launched a new video talking about the importance and value of greater neurodiversity in the media.

The two and a half minute video, which sits on my all-new neurodiversity page, calls on our industry to do more for those with conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia.

The video, inspired by global action against racial discrimination, calls on media professionals to "work together" to improve inclusion, calling for more neurodiverse role models on screen and more neurodiverse talent off screen.

Whilst BAME communities have rightly been in the spotlight in recent months, it is my belief that 2020 should be a year in which everyone stands up against all inequalities within our society. I believe it is down to individuals to make their own personal impact.

You can watch the video here.
