Today, I have joined Label1 Television as a researcher on a new six-part Channel 4 documentary series, Class of 2020.

It has been confirmed the programme, filmed in the Midlands, will be "reflecting the challenges of growing up in modern Britain", amid a new decade and the global Coronavirus pandemic.

Lorraine Charker-Phillips, co-founder of Label1, said "we're honoured to be making a series with such scale and ambition, capturing the authentic experiences of young people transitioning into adulthood in a complex and challenging decade, and giving them a platform to have their voices heard."

The award-winning production company, who specialise in factual television for large audiences, are also the makers of popular BBC Two series Hospital. The programme won at the Edinburgh TV Festival Awards 2020 for the 'Creativity in Crisis' category.
