Formally certified in Screenskills' Coronavirus online training
19 August 2020

I have today completed an online module from Screenskills, which details the media industry's response to Coronavirus.
The UK’s screen skills body launched the free online training earlier this year. It aims to help workers on productions stay safe in the current climate, following months of disruption to the creative industries.
Seetha Kumar, ScreenSkills CEO, said "we want to support the UK’s screen industries to continue to make great film and television by providing simple tools and information so that the risks are minimised and managed.”
Oscar-winning British film producer, Gareth Ellis-Unwin, who I filmed with earlier this year, helped to develop the training which takes around an hour. The training follows Working Safely During Covid-19 guidance developed by the British Film Commission.
