Channel 4 have today announced a new documentary, that I'm working on with Purple Productions, will focus on Tebay Services.

The only UK family-run motorway service station was set up in 1972 by John Dunning. The four-part series will explore those behind the operation and the local community who help to supply products.

Filming across the Lake District under new national restrictions, the programme will also capture the extraordinary scenery that attracts over 15 million visitors to the region every year. The executive producers are Pam Cavannagh and Dympna Jackson and the series producer is Luke Lovell.

In my role as researcher, I have been responsible for ensuring footage makes its way to the edit safely whilst also helping location crew prepare for shoots. Other duties have included logging and completing background checks on the programme's various contributors.
