A surreal experience to be featured in the iconic BBC newsletter

Today, I have been published in the internal BBC newsletter Ariel talking about my first year and a half in the corporation.
My article, which touched upon the importance of staff diversity, is now accessible to all BBC employees. Ariel has been running for over 80 years but available online only since 2011.
On the future of the BBC, I said, "I am so excited to see what the future holds for both myself and this fantastic institution. There's always debates about where we're heading but, as somebody fresh to the industry, I think there's a lot to be positive about."
